Privacy
This website is operated by Nanco Billiard Services. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
When you ask for a quote
If you send us a quote request we collect your name, and whichever of your phone number and email address you give us. We collect the details of the job: the service you want, the dates that suit you, the size, slate type and make of the table, the address the work is at, how to get to it, and anything you write in the notes. We record whether you agreed to be called or texted, and when you agreed.
We use this to prepare your quote and to carry out the work. We send it by email to the business that serves your city, which may be a local operator rather than us. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else for their own marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
When you browse
We count visits, and how many people tap to call, to text, or to open the quote form, so we can tell whether the website is doing its job. This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
To count a visitor without identifying them, we take your IP address and your browser's description, combine them with a secret that changes every day, and turn the result into a one-way code. Only that code is kept. Your IP address and your browser description are never stored. The daily secret is deleted after two days, and once it is gone the codes cannot be traced back to anyone, or matched up from one day to the next.
The code is different on each of our city websites, so visiting one of them tells us nothing about your visits to any other. We do not follow you to other websites, and we do not build a profile of you.
We also record which page was viewed, and the name of the website you came from — the name only, never the full address, and never anything you typed into a search engine.
Who else handles your information
Our websites run on Render, our records are stored with Supabase, and quote emails are sent through Resend. Each of these handles information on our behalf, in the United States, and none of them is permitted to use it for anything else.
Getting in touch
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, use the contact page on this website and say what you are asking for. We will need enough detail to find your request — the name and the phone number or email address you used.
